STANDARD REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR A HOME LOAN INCLUDES:
- Past two years W-2 or 1099 statements (whichever applies)
- Past two years tax forms – including all schedules and statements
- Latest statement for any stock, 401k, or IRA accounts
- For a refinance, a copy of the deed and insurance statement
- Two most recent monthly bank statements
- Pay Stubs covering the last (30) thirty days
- Copy of driver’s license
FOR INDIVIDUALS THAT CURRENTLY OWN REAL ESTATE:
- Most recent home owners insurance statement for each property
- Most recent real estate tax statement for each property
- Current rental agreement (if property is a rental)
FOR SELF-EMPLOYED BORROWERS:
- Two (2) years signed personal & business tax returns including all schedules
